Yinzhen Baihao
Silver Needle is the most well-known Chinese white tea. It consists of uniform buds that have yet opened
into leaves. Each 250g of our best silver needle is made from 70,000 -100,000 young buds picked within 2
hours in the early mornings in early springs. They are all put into manufacturing process within 8 hours after
being picked. The preparation of this tea is governed by strict requirements to ensure a premium quality, in
which the teas were hand-made through the strict traditional processes with no more than 200g each time.
When brewed, the leaves can stand erect in the water with an extraordinary view.
