Pai Mu Tan
White Peony is made from the buds and leaves that remain after the famous Silver Needle has been
harvested. The cup colour of the White Peony is a bit darker than Silver Needle, because of the bigger top
leaves. They’re sweet and mild, yet very full-bodied. It is naturally bolder aroma, light yellow in colour,
refreshing and mellow in taste. Its natural sweetness clearly identifies the close relationship to the Silver
Needle. Medically, Pai Mu Tan is refreshing and good for the stomach. It is also used to dispel the heat.
