Phoenix Dan Cong
Phoenix Dan Cong's plucked leaves are carefully sorted, allowed to oxidize partially, and skillfully fired to
make this golden, amber-colored brew that delivers a mellow aftertaste. It is flower-aromatic and has much
flavor and a rich mellow toasty taste. Its broad blackish leaves produce the amber brew that is invigorating
and full-bodied, and imparts a sweet and fruity taste. For the type of Phoenix Dan Cong, we have ten
varieties for ten different fragrances.(orchid fragrance, osmanthus fragrance or almond fragrance).
Measure one rounded teaspoon per 6 oz. water, brew it with freshly heated boiling water for 2-3 minutes
and serve.
