Baozhong Oolong
A fine, sweet,rich flavor example of oolong tea. This tea has many of the flowery notes from a highest qaulity
Baozhong. Baking dries these leaves in a process that allows them to ferment slightly. Light fermentation is
the special way this tea becomes so flavorful while still retaining the many benefits of green tea. When
brewed, the varnished leaves become a deep green that shows the tea's preservation of antioxidants.
