Lushan Yun Wu
Lu Mountain’s Cloud and Mist grows in high Lushan, Lu Mountain, in Jiang Xi province, where is a cleft
between the Yangtze River and Poyang Lake, covered with mist and cloud all year round, and hence named:
Mist and Cloud tea.

To create Cloud and Mist tea, the unfurling bud along with the first 1 to 2 leaves is picked. The process of
the tea includes five procedures: air cooling, frying, kneading, second and third frying, and baking.  All our
Cloud and Mist teas are hand picked and fried at each stage of processing to ensure the highest quality.  
Attractively curled emerald green leaves tinged with ivory yellow colour (an ensure sign of best quality)
produce a sunny golden-yellow transparent infusion with an intense aroma and crisp and sweet refreshing
aftertaste.

To prepare Cloud and Mist tea, take 3-5g, brew with 75-85º water for 1-2 minutes.
