Huangshan Maofeng

Yellow Mountain’s Fur Peak is
produced in Huangshan, Yellow
Mountain, in Anhui province. Top
quality Huangshan Maofeng is
made only with buds with a
single unfolding leaf plucked.

The Huangshan Maofeng we
supply is hand-made for a high
quality. Its raw materials are rich,
fat and tender tea buds. The tips
(Feng) look like tongues of
sparrow. They are even and
strong, and covered with silver
tiny hair (Mao), which is grown in
the Yellow Mountain region. The
size of the bud pieces is very
consistent and homogeneous.
Green Teas
The producing process includes a combination of baking and frying (no oil used). The liquor is processed with
fragrance and robust flavor. When infused, the robust little buds plump up. The processing of “Maofeng” is
precise and exacting - all stages are carried out in small batches (200-250g), a gradual lowering of the drying
temperature and cooling and reheating process are critical steps that must be painstakingly observed to
produce delicately dried tea leaves with the rich green tea flavor locked inside.
The cup of Huangshan Maofeng is clean with light
yellow. The taste is fresh, heavy and mellow. The pure
aroma is high and long-lasted after taste. The
tealeaves after infusion are tender yellow in colour.
Huangshan Maofeng increases appetite; regain the
vigor of life, and good for stomach.

To prepare Huangshan Maofeng, take 3g to 5g in a
glass cup so that drinkers can enjoy its beautiful
appearance when drinking. The water temperature is
75-85º. Brew about three times with steeps of 1
minute or less.
Storage: Care shall be taken to avoid sunlight and storing in damp and high temperature places.
