Chunmee Tea
Chunmee tea is the one of the best known Chinese green tea for exporting to overseas. It features eyebrow
shape, green color and smooth surface with various vitamins and minerals. Its price level is affordable for
common consumers. It is a healthy drink with popularity with all the consumers.
To prepare Chunmee, use 1 teaspoon/cup or 1 teaspoon per person for a tea pot. Pour freshly boiled water,
cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 2-3 minutes. The leaves may be infused more as desired. It
also can be prepared as being boiled with mint and/or sugar.
